| There were 175 in attendance at the Farmington Civic Center. Sponsored by the Free Will Baptist Churches of Farmington and De Soto, February 15th seemed an overall success. The theme of the night was "Boot Camp" in honor of this year's theme at Camp Niangua 2008 sessions. The evening was filled with swim times for boys and girls, inflatables, basketball, volleyball, face painting, Children's Church Idol, and worship services. Sermons were brought by Randy Rains, Youth Pastor of Farmington FWB and Craig Bodenschatz, pastor of Leadington FWB Church. The lock-in ended with attendance prizes and Crispy Creme donuts, as well as our theme song "Many Good Friends." We look forward to hosting additional lock-ins in upcoming years. |
